Psychological stress, stress disorders and burnout syndromes are considered a global burden ‒ they challenging public health systems. They cover broad spectrum of conditions, some which diagnosable, others not. Although particularly is commonly associated with working we identified risks also in children adolescents, hence the need for specific education. Based on meta-synthetic construction, present article suggests Stress-CARE model classroom It involves four crucial perspectives creativity, anxiety, recovery energy model’s name CARE: (i) given that chronic tend to freeze cognition emotion, creative interactions models such as ‘sound scene improvisation’ can restore personality dynamics, (ii) there an inner connection between advocates psychoeducation alongside music-guided self-exploration, (iii) have tendency inhibit self-healing capacities, while forms sound meditation bring relief help stimulate self-regeneration, (iv) likely unbalance psychosomatic systems body-voice-techniques used rebalancing. was designed education, it may be applied clinical settings add-on therapy, complementary therapy or main therapeutic intervention, depending patients’ attitude towards aesthetic processes, well responses.
